About

Professional record

I know both sides of the table: sponsor economics and local execution.

Background

Both sides of the table

As a Clinical Lead at a Philippine CRO, I manage studies from feasibility through closeout. At BPIQ & BiopharmIQ, a U.S.-based biopharma intelligence company, I analyse clinical catalysts, regulatory milestones, financings, and M&A.

That combination is the point. Sponsor strategy set without local execution reality produces timelines nobody can hit; local execution without sponsor economics produces a partner who cannot read your board deck.

Disclosure

How I am paid, stated plainly

There is no fee to you at any stage. I am compensated by the partner CRO once you sign — which means you should know my incentive before you weigh my advice, not after.

Two commitments follow from that: I will tell you when the Philippines is the wrong answer for your protocol, and I will disclose the commercial terms of any partner I put in front of you, on request.
